Training

Practical project management training for people who manage real delivery work.

Training Style

Structured, practical and built for delivery professionals.

The sessions are built for business and delivery professionals, not only for technical specialists.

I use real delivery examples, discussion, exercises and templates so participants can practise how to apply the concepts.

The sessions are structured, but not academic. Participants work through scenarios such as delayed decisions, unclear ownership, risk escalation, client readiness, project reporting and AI-supported project workflows.

AI training is positioned carefully: AI can support structure, pattern detection, drafting and review, but it does not replace PM judgement, accountability or escalation decisions.
